Rebekah
A. Phelps-Davis joined Phelps-Chartered in 2000. She graduated in 1981,
from Washburn University, in Topeka, Kansas, having earned her B.A. in
History. Her Juris Doctor was earned from the Oklahoma City University
School of Law in 1987 where she received the Am Jur Award in Criminal
Procedure. Rebekah is currently licensed to practice before all Kansas
Courts, State and Federal, and the United States Court of Appeals for
the 10th Circuit.
Prior to joining Phelps-Chartered,
Rebekah worked in the child support enforcement field both as an attorney
and project manager, and as an investigator/mediator for the Kansas Human
Rights Commission. Today, she focuses in the areas of bankruptcy, child
custody and support, domestic, probate and estate law, employment law,
and workers compensation. |
